How your subscription works

When you subscribe, each dog's refill ships before their bottle runs out, timed to their daily dose (between 24 and 60 days, shown on the product page for each weight row). You're charged the subscription price shown at checkout on each renewal date, using the payment method you signed up with.

Subscriptions ship free.

Skip, pause or cancel

You can skip a delivery, pause, change sizes or cancel anytime from your account. Changes made before your next renewal date apply to that renewal. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription ever changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the renewal it affects.
